S.Y 2024-2025
St. Augustine’s School of Iba, Inc. is an educational institution administered by the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres of French origin, in the Philippines. During the latter half of 1961, Fr. Denis Egan of the Society of St. Columban, Parish Priest of Iba, in consultation with Bishop Henry Byrne, D.D. decided to open a Catholic School in Iba. It was also decided that it begins with Kindergarten, Grades 1, 2, and 3. Each year would see the addition of a grade level until the Elementary and High School grade levels are completed. Because there were already two public High Schools and several public Elementary Schools in Iba, it was felt that the only hope of success was to give quality education, and Bishop Byrne brought all the pressure he could on the Provincial Superior of the Congregation of Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres Mother Charles de Jesus to open the foundation in Iba, Zambales.
